Game night, from invitation to “what do we play?”
A good board game night starts with a simple question: who’s coming? TurnOrder answers it, and the ones after it.
Who’s coming
- Every event has RSVPs: going, maybe, not going.
- Automatic reminders for anyone who hasn’t replied yet.
How many seats
- Cap the number of seats to fit your space.
- Anyone who signs up after the seats are full joins the waitlist, in sign-up order. The order is visible to everyone.
- When a seat frees up, the first person on the list gets it automatically and is notified.
- Nobody is turned away: being on the waitlist only means later.
What do we play
- Polls for any group decision.
- A “What do we play?” vote, with the games from your club’s catalogue.
- A randomiser for the undecided: who starts, which game, which teams.
During the night
- Live sessions, followed by everyone in real time, several at once (Basic plan or higher).
- A session timer and a chess-style clock for each player (Basic or higher).
