New to a club of strangers? Your details stay yours
Your first night at a new club means people you don’t know yet. In TurnOrder you don’t give them your phone number, and not your email either.
No phone number, ever
- TurnOrder never asks for your phone number.
- In a club, other members see your profile: your name, your picture and whatever you choose to show.
- Your email is hidden by default. You can show it from your profile if you want to.
- Private messages are sent inside the app, without exchanging contact details.
Your public profile, on your terms
- You choose whether you appear in player search. By default, you don’t.
- For the play space in your profile, you choose who sees each detail: anyone, your clubs, your friends or nobody.
- Someone who finds you in search sees your avatar, your name and a few game stats.
Moderation, when it’s needed
- Report a message, a photo, a private message or a profile.
- Club admins receive reports about the club’s content and can remove messages and photos.
- Admins can exclude someone from the club.
- Reports about a person go to the platform, not to the club’s admins, so they don’t depend on who runs the club.
Blocking
- Block anyone: they can no longer send you private messages or friend requests, and neither of you sees the other’s profile picture or details.
- A blocked person gets no notification.
Your data
- Export your data or delete your account from your account settings.
- Account deletion takes effect after 30 days, and you can cancel it until then.
