Run a tournament
Tournaments are included in the Elite plan. A moderator or admin can create one.
Choose the format
- Tables seat from 2 to 12 players, depending on the game.
- Round robin: everyone plays everyone, one-on-one or at tables of several players.
- Elimination: players advance from each table to the next round.
- Swiss: each round pairs players with similar standings and avoids rematches.
Run it
- Create the tournament and pick its game.
- Open registration and add the participants. When it’s full, new sign-ups go on a waitlist.
- Let TurnOrder generate the rounds and tables.
- Report the results of each table. The standings update and follow the game’s score direction.
- Share the public page: participants follow the tournament without an account.
Good to know
- A tournament is played on one game, and its standings follow that game’s score direction.
- When the players don’t fill every table, TurnOrder gives byes where needed.
