Privacy and safety settings
You decide what others see. Here are the settings, and what to do if someone bothers you.
What others see
- TurnOrder never asks for your phone number.
- Other members see your profile: your name, your picture and what you choose to show.
- Your email is hidden by default. You can show it from your profile.
Your profile settings
- Appear in player search, or not. By default, you don’t.
- For your play space, choose who sees each detail: anyone, your clubs, your friends or nobody.
If someone bothers you
- Report the message, photo, private message or profile.
- Reports about a person go to the platform, not to the club’s admins.
- Block them: they can no longer send you private messages or friend requests, and neither of you sees the other’s profile details. They get no notification.
Your data
- Export your data from your account settings.
- Delete your account from the same place: deletion takes effect after 30 days, and you can cancel it until then.
