Run a live session
A live session is a play in progress that everyone at the table can follow on their own phone. Live sessions are included from the Basic plan.
How it works
- A moderator or admin starts the live session and becomes its host.
- Everyone in the club sees the score sheet update in real time.
- Several live sessions can run at once, one per table.
- Each player has a chess-style clock: players press their own, the host can press anyone’s.
Who can do what
- The host and the club’s admins can change or close the live session.
- A moderator who isn’t the host sees it read-only, but can still press their own clock.
- Every member can follow it and press their own clock.
Finishing
- When the game ends, save the live session: it becomes a play in the club’s history, with its scores.
- A live session left untouched for 12 hours closes by itself, so nothing stays open forever.
